BizMaxEko Terms — Effective 01-05-2026

General terms

These Terms govern access to BizMaxEko services, resources and materials relating to economic growth guidance for executives. They establish the framework for using case studies, scenario planning sessions and advisory deliverables. Use of our site and services indicates acceptance of these Terms and any case-specific engagement letters.

Eligibility and account requirements

Access to BizMaxEko services is limited to individuals and organizations who can form legally binding contracts and who meet any case-specific eligibility criteria stated in an engagement letter. Certain workshops and executive programs may require organizational authorization or proof of role to participate in confidential scenario exercises.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for services, workshops or access account features intended for executive audiences. For organizational accounts, authorized representatives may enroll team members in scenario-based programs.

Services must be used lawfully and for legitimate business purposes such as planning, analysis and executive education. Use of BizMaxEko materials in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful schemes, or to produce misleading economic claims, is prohibited.

Availability of services may vary by jurisdiction. BizMaxEko operates primarily from Malaysia and compliance with local export controls, data protection and advisory regulations is required for cross-border engagements and case study platform.

Account creation and management

Creating an account enables access to client portals, case materials and booking of scenario sessions. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate profile and contact information for effective coordination of executive engagements.

You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Accurate data supports scenario fidelity in case studies and reliable advisory outcomes. BizMaxEko may suspend or adjust services when incorrect information materially affects a planned engagement.

Keep account credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify BizMaxEko immediately. We apply industry-standard security measures for data in transit and at rest and employ scenario-based verification when handling sensitive advisory materials.

Accounts are for the named user or organization and are not transferable without prior written approval from BizMaxEko, particularly for access to proprietary case study libraries and custom scenario workshops.

If you believe your account was compromised, contact us promptly with evidence such as recent login timestamps and the nature of the suspected breach. We will work through a case-handling process to secure the account and recommend mitigation steps.

BizMaxEko may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or safety concerns affecting collaborative case studies. Suspension decisions consider the specific scenario, participant impact and any ongoing advisory commitments.

Services and deliverables

BizMaxEko provides executive advisory services focused on economic growth strategies, including workshops, scenario planning, diagnostic reports and tailored case studies. Deliverables vary by engagement and are described in proposals and engagement letters.

Service content and scheduling may be adjusted for operational reasons, evolving case material, or to reflect new data relevant to scenario work. When changes affect active engagements, we will propose alternative timing or substitutions designed to preserve the educational and practical value of the case.

Service availability depends on personnel schedules, resource constraints and regional considerations. We plan sessions and deliverables with advance timelines; occasional rescheduling may be necessary for reasons such as expert availability or unforeseen events.

Rules of conduct

To protect the integrity of workshops, case studies and collaborative scenarios, participants must follow these rules of conduct:

  • Respect confidentiality of case materials and refrain from sharing sensitive client scenarios without permission.
  • Engage in discussions professionally; avoid discriminatory or harassing language during sessions and in client portals.
  • Provide honest information in scenario exercises; deliberate misinformation that undermines analysis is not permitted.
  • Comply with applicable laws and export controls when sharing materials across jurisdictions in cross-border cases.
  • Use materials only for the agreed business and educational purposes; do not republish proprietary case content without authorization.
  • Cooperate in post-session evaluations to help improve future cases and scenario designs.
  • Follow any additional engagement-specific rules set out in participant briefs or non-disclosure agreements.

User content and contributions

Users may submit content such as data, scenarios, comments, or documents as part of workshops or platform interactions. Such submissions help shape case analyses and group learning.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any license you grant BizMaxEko for the purposes of delivering services. Organizational submissions may be used internally to generate anonymized case insights unless otherwise agreed.

By submitting content, you grant BizMaxEko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of providing services, conducting scenario exercises, and developing anonymized case studies.

You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. Avoid sending sensitive personal data of individuals without proper consent; where necessary, use anonymized or aggregated data in case exercises.

BizMaxEko may remove content that violates these Terms, legal requirements, or participant safety. Requests to remove or anonymize user-submitted content will be considered on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

All BizMaxEko-branded materials, advisories, templates and proprietary case frameworks remain our intellectual property. Clients receive rights to use deliverables for internal business purposes as outlined in engagement documents, while BizMaxEko retains ownership of core methodologies and training assets.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute BizMaxEko proprietary training modules or case libraries without written permission.
  • Do not remove or alter copyright notices or branding from materials provided for internal use.
  • Seek written consent before incorporating BizMaxEko intellectual property into third-party publications or commercial products.

Paid services and subscriptions

Some BizMaxEko offerings are fee-based, including bespoke advisory projects, premium scenario simulations, and subscription access to extended case libraries. Fees and deliverables are specified in proposals or subscription agreements.

Pricing is set per engagement and reflects the complexity of the case, expert time, and any third-party costs. Case-based pricing examples and scenarios are provided during scoping to help clients choose an appropriate package for their executive objectives.

Payments are due under the terms specified in invoices or subscription agreements. Accepted methods and billing currency are provided during contract negotiation. Late payments may affect access to case materials and scheduling of scenario sessions.

Subscription plans grant access to defined resources and scheduled workshops. Cancellation and renewal terms are stated in the subscription agreement; plan changes are handled with notice to avoid disruption of ongoing case work.

Refunds are considered based on the specifics of an engagement and documented outcomes of delivered work. For time-based services already performed or custom work where materials have been produced, refunds may be limited. Each refund request is evaluated against the facts of the case and the portion of services delivered.

Clients may cancel services in accordance with the notice periods set out in their agreement. Cancellations that require resource reallocation or that affect scheduled scenario workshops may incur reasonable fees to cover costs already committed.

Clients are responsible for taxes applicable to fees unless otherwise stated. BizMaxEko will invoice taxes in accordance with Malaysian tax law and applicable cross-border tax rules for international engagements.

Prices for subscriptions or standard service packages may be adjusted with advance notice. Existing contractual agreements or fixed-fee proposals are honored for their stated term unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid resources and delay of scheduled advisory work. BizMaxEko will notify clients before taking such action and look to resolve payment issues in the context of ongoing engagements.

Disclaimer

Material, case studies and scenarios provided by BizMaxEko are for informational and educational purposes tailored to executive decision-making. They are not a substitute for independent professional or legal advice. Outcomes depend on numerous factors specific to each organization and scenario examples should be used as inputs to informed decision-making.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BizMaxEko and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of our services or reliance on case study outputs. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, except where local law provides otherwise.

Third-party services and partners

We may integrate third-party tools and partner expertise into case analyses and advisory engagements. Use of third-party services is subject to the respective providers' terms. BizMaxEko selects partners based on relevance to the scenario and practical outcomes but does not control third-party operations.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination clauses in the relevant agreement. Termination rights consider the stage of case work, resources allocated and any confidentiality or transition obligations required to preserve client interests.

Upon termination, clients will receive the deliverables due up to the termination date and an accounting of any prepaid fees. Proprietary BizMaxEko methodologies remain the company's intellectual property; clients retain rights to materials specifically produced for their internal use as set out in the engagement agreement.

Privacy and data protection

BizMaxEko processes personal data to provide advisory services, manage accounts and communicate about case workshops. We implement administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect data and handle requests in accordance with the privacy policy. Case materials may be anonymized for broader research and training purposes.

Communications and notices

Notices regarding service changes, invoices or legal communications will be delivered to the contact information on file. For case-specific updates or scenario changes, BizMaxEko will use the preferred contact method designated in the engagement brief to ensure timely coordination.

Changes to terms

BizMaxEko may update these Terms to reflect changes in service models or regulatory requirements. Where changes materially affect current engagements, we will communicate proposed adjustments and offer options to continue under existing terms or transition to revised arrangements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation and through the dispute resolution processes described below before initiating formal proceedings.

Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be raised through our client relationship channels for attempt at amicable resolution. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the engagement agreement. This approach is intended to preserve business relationships and practical case outcomes.
